Imagine a tasty, soupless ramen dish topped with negi, nori, crispy pork chicharon and pulled pork ribs from Hanamaruken Ramen. The noodles are fried with ingredients — pork fat and ramen flavoring. A few days ago, i tried Wrong Ramen at BGC and it was one moment where I really appreciated such a dish. I brought along with me a friend and foodie who helped me evaluate this restaurant and it passed!
Aside from the fantastic dish that is the Arakawa Abura Soba which took a bit long to prepare, I just love the feel and interior of this place. Banking on the idea that the dishes are so good (and wrong, but worth it), the displays and modern feel make it all appealing and instagrammable too. I would rate this place 4/5.
